I had to replace my furnace and AC unit this spring. After calling out for a few quotes, I found B&W was very competitively priced. I would consider myself very hard to please on workmanship. The quality of the install was excellent. They came out on short notice and finished in one day.

My wife and I switched to B&W based on a friend’s referral (plus seeing their cool trucks everywhere). We have been with them for more than a year now. We have a service agreement with them that saves us money and also gives us priority service. Truth be told, they gave us priority service before we had the agreement, but that’s just the sense you get about the way they do business. I’m not just a number to them, I feel like I have a real relationship. Heck, we even know our plumbers by name! We have an older home in Meridian-Kessler so it can be tricky – old pipes, boiler, an air conditioner that has seen better days. But they keep it all running and we’re in the process right now of having them look into a new AC system. We wouldn’t go anywhere else or trust anyone else with such an investment. They’ve helped us with our water heaters, our boiler and now our AC (which keeps freezing up due to it having been installed wrong in the first place by our home’s previous owner). We just couldn’t be happier with the service (personal service) and the fact that they know our house. We get the sense that their people talk to one another, if for some reason a different tech needs to come out to work on something. What’s more, one of the owners always follows up on every single call to make sure we’re satisfied. How many companies do that? Obviously I can’t say enough about the B&W family…and I feel like a part of that family and have since day one. That’s the main reason we went with the service agreement, we just knew from the beginning that we were going to stick with these guys. B&W stands for “best” and “wow” in my book. And even my wife agrees and she is pickier than I am. We’re lucky here in Indy to have number of reputable family owned plumbing and HVAC companies. Where we moved from, it was all big chains. But B&W, in our opinion after a year working with them, is the best of the best.

I could not have asked for any better of a crew when I had a furnace installed 3 years ago. We were having problems with blower motor not turning on. I gave B&W a call and Tom H. was at my door within 15 mins of my call!! The very next morning my HVAC had new motor, no issues at all, and all costs were covered. If you want fast service, call them. Having had a service contract with B&W in the past, I contacted them to check on a leak in my A/C unit. They sent someone out the same day. They actually arrived early after confirming that I would be there. They renewed my Service Contract and covered the minor repair under the contract since it was a minor blockage. The experience I had with B&W’s HVAC department was top notch. I called on Labor Day evening when I came home to an 83 degree house without AC. I spoke with their emergency service and, within minutes, was contacted by the manager Dave to schedule a service repair.
The repairman made it to the house early the next morning but they did offer to come out that evening if needed. The AC unit is almost 10 years old, so I naturally worried that this could end up costing some cash or result in a new unit. I was relieved to learn the capacitor needed replaced. The repairman was awesome – prompt, quick, clean and thorough. We were up and running soon thereafter.
