• We know the pros and cons of living with a tankless water heater. We test them in our homes.

• Toilets are tested in our office. If you need to flush it twice,  we put it on our do not install list.

• How do we know the American Standard Accuclean performs as promised, it is installed in my house.

• Training, education and more training. We seek opportunities and our staff welcomes learning about new ideas and techniques and reviewing old. 

Family owned and operated. There are five owners at B&W and we are all in the office everyday. Our corporate office is the same address. Rules and policies are not transferred from another state. When you call 317-243-3581, you are speaking to a member of our staff at 2101 Cunningham Road, Indianapolis, Indiana , 10 blocks from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

We treat our customers as we like to be treated. We believe as professionals it is our duty to assist you in making the right decision for your home and family. There is not a one size fits all solution. We listen to your needs and concerns and offer our professional advice.

We reward our customer’s loyalty.  Once you purchase a planned service agreement or spend a cumulative total of $500, you are a preferred customer.  Every month we will send you B&W Bucks for the previous month’s service total.  B&W Bucks never expire and can be transferred to family members, friends, or other organizations.
